1. When the company was established ?

IDEA LED LIMITED was founded in 2009. 

 

2. How many people do you have ?

We have about 150 workers doing production in the factory,
and about 70 staff working in the office for engineers, sales, purchasers, accountants, etc. 

 

3. What certificates do you have ?

We have CE and RoHS for all of our products. 

 

4. What is the warranty terms for products ?

A. We offer 2years warranty for all of our products. 

B. We would like to send new replacements once quality problem happens within the warranty time above. 

C. We only offer free repairing service if the problem is caused by humen beings or it is out of warranty time. 

 

5. What is the production time ?

The production time will be 3-15days for different products with different quantity. 

 

6. How about the payment terms ?

A. Wester union or paypal for amount less than 1000usd. 

B. T/T to our company account for amount more than 1000usd. 

C. For order more than 10000 usd, you can pay 30% as deposit to start the production and pay the 70% balance before delivery. 

7. How to do delivery ?

A. Weight 1-100kg, we suggest express delivery, like UPS, DHL, TNT or Fedex. 3-7days from Shenzhen to all over the world. 

B. Weight 100500kg, we suggest air cargo delivery, you need tell us the nearest airport name, we will quote you the delivery charge. 
This delivery can only arrive at your nearest airport and you need pick up the goods from the airport. 

C. Weight more than 500kg, you can choose delivery by sea, you tell us the sea port name, we quote you the delivery charge and the documents charge.
 You need pick up the goods from the sea port you offered us. 

 

8. How to make an order ?

A. You write us with your detailed request including part number, order quantity, color and color temperature, etc to info@idealedlights.com 

B. We will send you proforma invoice for your confirmation. 

C. After confirming all the details for PI, please make payment and send us bank slip. 

D. We will arrange the production as soon as get bank slip. 

E. We send the goods after production and advise the tracking number. 

 

9. Can I get better price for large quantity order ?

Sure, we do offer better price for large quantity purchase because we can lower the cost during production, and we would like to share with you. 

 

10. Do you offer OEM service ?

Yes, we offer OEM service, we can offer products with your logo, packing, etc.
